RAWHITIROA SCHOOL NOTICE

Start Time: 9am Wednesday 4th February

Finish Time: 3.00pm Thursday 5th February

Parents/caregivers are welcome to join in as much as they want but must stay overnight with their children or advise in writing who has responsibility for the children overnight. Please note camp is a no alcohol, smoking and vaping event. Setting up of tents and vehicles on the school grounds is from 4pm on Wednesday.

You will need to bring:

• Your own tent etc and sleeping equipment for camp
• Your own plate, bowl, mug knife, fork and spoon and tea towel

Students will not need cell phones or any other digital devices at camp and it is asked that these are left at home. Uniform is not mandatory at camp but please ensure no singlets or tops with thin straps, backless tops etc are worn due to the weather at present.

We will be swimming at camp so togs and towels for all students and family members that wish to swim.

All families will need to bring lunch to school on Wednesday. School lunches are available for all students, or they may bring their own lunch.

Morning and afternoon tea, and sausages for Wednesday night and breakfast, morning tea and lunch for Thursday will be provided by the Home and School for everyone at camp. If anyone has a toaster they could bring to camp that would be appreciated for breakfast on Thursday.

Could all families please bring the following to share:

• Salad/vegetables etc for tea on Wednesday in a dish with servers if required
• Plate for supper on Wednesday night
