CTMS ART AND SCIENCE SHOW , WHAT AN AMAZING EVENT

The 1st ever CTMS Art and Science Show hosted by Mrs. Hughes and Mrs. Kodys WAS AN AMAZING SUCCESS. The crowds were larger, the energy was exciting, and the student work was EXCEPTIONAL Thanks and Great job to ALL the students for their hard work and also to Mrs. Hughes and Mrs. Kodys for their efforts.

The David Clark Company Presentation to the 8th grade on Aerospace Equipment.

On Tuesday, May 26th during Advisory, Missy Seidler from The David Clark Company gave a presentation on aerospace equipment. This presentation connected directly to the 8th grade Amplify Space Race Unit.

The David Clark Company was recently featured on Chronicle for the suit they designed for NASA’s Artemis II mission. During the presentation, students had the opportunity to learn about the design and technology behind these aerospace suits. In addition, students had the opportunity to ask questions they wrote in ELA class.

Missy also brought items for students to see, including a full suit, a glove similar to those used with the Artemis suits, a full-size banner featuring the Artemis suit, a pair of the headsets manufactured by The David Clark Company.
