PT Conference Locations & Zoom Link

We look forward to connecting with you this week for family-teacher conferences. Please remember that these are 5-minute conferences. We realize the time slots are short, but it is necessary to allow teachers to meet with as many families as possible in the allotted time frame. If you need additional time with your child’s teacher, you can call or email them to arrange this.

For those families attending our in-person conferences on Tuesday, we have set up central locations for most conferences. This will help to cut down on the transition time needed between locations. The information included on your schedule will take you to these locations or to a classroom for Encore subjects. You can also double check conference locations with this list.

For those families attending our Zoom conferences on Wednesday, a list of Zoom links is included below for your reference. You can also access the Zoom links in the PowerPTC portal.

Reminder: Friday, February 14th is a non-attendance day for students, and on Monday, February 17th, school is closed for President's Day.

Translator Request Form

Families needing a translator for their parent-teacher conferences should complete the form by February 7th. If you miss the deadline, please email patelr@district65.net or call 847-859-8609 for assistance.

A member from the ETHS New Student Transition team will be in the Library distributing information regarding ETHS registration, course requests, and summer school information on February 11th during conferences.

Our main office will be available on February 11th for families who would like to verify and update their contact information on PowerSchool. This includes phone numbers, email addresses, and emergency contacts.

A member from Teen TEE will have a table between the Cafeteria and Gym on February 11th during conferences to distribute information regarding their club.

Teen TEE at Chute is recruiting a new round of Black girls to join us for the Spring 2025 cohort. Teen TEE is designed for Black girls to nurture healthy identities and supportive relationships. We will work together to build a courageous space where girls feel seen and valued. Teen TEE will meet for 10 consecutive weeks after school in the library from 3:15-4:30pm. Snacks will be provided.
