A reminder to families that Tuesday, June 10 th is a half day for all students due to the Professional Day. Dismissal is at 10:45 for all students.

It was so wonderful to see so many families in the building last week for many of our preschoolers’ end-of-year celebrations! The students were thrilled to have their families present, and you could see how proud they were to showcase their singing talents. It was clear that so much love, work, and practice went into making each performance so special. A huge shoutout to our amazing WECC staff, who show their commitment and dedication to our students every step of the way.

Tuition Reminder:

The last tuition payment for this school year is due no later than Tuesday, June 10th.

Transportation:

For those families that have students transitioning to Kindergarten and will need information about transportation. https://www.weymouthschools.org/departments/transportation

End of Year Celebrations at WECC:

If you plan to attend your child's end of year event, please plan on arriving a few minutes early to sign in at the front office.

Are you planning to leave Weymouth Public Schools at the end of this year? Please notify the office now so we can prepare your school records for transfer. School records are legal documents that require a signed release of records before we can share any information with the new school.

If you are moving within Weymouth, please make sure you submit proof of your new residence to the Registration office as soon as possible. Visit our website, www.weymouthschools.org, if you have questions about residency requirements. Your bus application request has to match your current address on file.

Change of Address:

It is important that we have your correct contact information! Please email the administrative assistant within 5 days of a change of address or change of telephone number. This information is important for communication as well as placement at a primary school as your child moves out of WECC. Kristen.clancy@weymouthps.org

Parking:

This is a friendly reminder that families should refrain from parking in either of the lots near Town Hall. These lots are reserved for Town Hall use only. Families are welcome to park in the front of the building around the inside of the horseshoe or in the lot designated for staff. We appreciate your attention to this notice.
