First quarter report cards will be emailed around 3:00pm. The email will have a link to click and view each student’s report card. If you want a hard copy of the report card please print it when viewing as the link is only available for 14 calendar days.

LAST DAY FOR SHORTS IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30th

Beginning Monday, November 2nd, students may not wear shorts.

UNIFORM PANTS

• Navy blue twill uniform pants
• NOT PERMITTED:
• Cargo pants
• Patch-pockets
• Color top stitching
• Pockets on legs
• Elastic cuff pant legs
• Faded light color or jean-like
• Rivets or brads
• Frayed hem lines, rips tears, or holes
• Jeans of any kind
• Jeggings, leggings or stretch pants

SWEATERS: BOYS AND GIRLS

• Navy blue cardigan, crew, or V-neck
• Navy blue vest
• Sweaters and vests cannot have hoods.

SWEATSHIRTS: BOYS AND GIRLS

• Navy blue SVdP embroidered crew neck sweatshirts. Plain navy blue crewneck sweatshirts are also allowed (no manufacturer logos allowed)
• Navy blue SVdP embroidered ¼ zip pullover also allowed
• NOT PERMITTED:
• Sweatshirts with hoods
• Fleece jackets may not be worn as part of the uniform

5th - 8th Grades

If you haven't already, please register for ALL sports your 5th – 8th grade child will participate in this school year.

Monday, October 19th - 5th - 8th grade boys’ basketball and 7th & 8th girls cheerleading begin.

NOTE: If this is your first-time registering on our athletics website please be sure to mark “No” to the questions for if you completed the three required online forms (waiver, handbook, and concussion) so that you can complete online. The school is required to have these signed forms (one-time per year) for your child to participate in athletics.

If you registered your athlete for the sports of golf, cross country, softball, baseball, and/or girls basketball AND registered for any other sport at the same time you do not need to register again.

• Visit Athletics Registration

• Complete and submit the required online forms (waiver, handbook, and concussion)

• Turn updated IESA sports physical into school office. If your child’s physical expires during their sport season it will need to be renewed before they can continue to play. Please make sure both parent and athlete sign the physical.

• The $45.00 participation fee will be invoiced in your FACTS account on the deadline date.

Athletics is looking for volunteers interested in helping coach for the following sports:

• 5th and 6th Grade Volleyball

If you know any individual interested in coaching these sports (or any other sports), please fill out the Coaching Interest Form on the athletics website.

The celebration of the Holy Mass is the heart of our parish community, and each of us has a special role to play in making our liturgies prayerful, beautiful, and welcoming. We are inviting parishioners and school families to prayerfully consider serving as Lectors or Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.

As a lector, you have the privilege of proclaiming God's Word and helping others encounter Christ through Sacred Scripture. As an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, you have the beautiful opportunity to assist in sharing the Eucharist with your fellow parishioners. Training and guidance will be provided, and scheduling can accommodate your availability. Those interested in serving must meet the Church's requirements for the ministry.

Our parish is strongest when we all share our gifts! If you are looking for a meaningful way to become more involved in parish life, we encourage you to answer the call.
