Bomber Bulletin
March/April 2026 Vol 4
From the Desk of Mr. Jendrysik
🌷Spring has officially arrived! The piles of snow are just about gone and we are ready for warmer days and brighter nights, and all the excitement this season brings to Westfield High School.
We are proud of the outstanding work our students demonstrated at the Regional Science Fair. Their preparation, creativity, and commitment to learning were evident throughout the competition, and they represented Westfield High School with excellence. We are especially excited that several students have qualified to advance to the State Science Fair, which will be held on April 9 in Worcester. We congratulate all who participated and wish our advancing students continued success as they prepare for the next level of competition.
Congratulations to Mrs. Pamela Collins on receiving the Harold Grinspoon Excellence in Teaching award. An inspirational mathematics teacher, Mrs. Collins also serves as a caring and dedicated advisor to our National Honor Society, which inducted 57 new members in a ceremony held on March 11th. She is so dedicated to our school and is always committed to student success. We are proud and fortunate to have her on our team at WHS! Congratulations Mrs. Collins and thank you for making a difference in our school!

Web Clinic
Free Web Clinic Updates
CS Teacher Bram Moreinis offered an update on his Free Web Clinic 2026 class clients:
We have five free website clients for 2026 - https://sites.google.com/schoolsofwestfield.org/whs-cs/free-web-clinic/clients-spring-26 - and two are the spouses of WHS staff! Our students are hard at work in the "User-Based Design" phase, working with their clients to draft customer interview questions from which to create "personas" to design for. Clinic graduates are in the Reed Career Center Internship, meeting G period to work on five websites right now. Two are published (Phase 1, $500 flat fee sites with $20/hour retainers for Phase 2):
- The Westfield River Watershed Association - https://westfieldriver.org by Marko and Brock
- Culture & Education Tours - https://cubaculturetours.org by Muhammad
Other websites under development include a redesign of the Westfield Education to Business Alliance (We2BA) and new sites for Pacheco Rubbish Removal and the Kiwanis Mentor Network. We are also performing security updates for last year's clients, and doing piecework for two of them.
