Hello Elm Hill Community,
As you may know, SNAP benefits will be paused until the Federal Government reopens resulting in potential delays of benefit distribution in November. This announcement has brought uncertainty, worry, and urgency to our community and we wanted to reach out to provide you with a list of community resources that may help as you navigate through this.
If your family will be impacted by the potential benefit pause, please reach out to your student's school counselor (Jan Rounds is the 5th and 6th grade School Counselor and can be reached at jrounds@ssdvt.org and Moria Farnsworth is the 7th and 8th grade School Counselor and can be reached at mfarnsworth@ssdvt.org) or just call the school and we can help locate someone who can help point you in the right direction.
