Another week in the book's for the 2021-2022 school year! Thanks again for all of the support to begin the year! Our dismissal is getting faster, we have smiles and excitement across the campus, and we are overjoyed with your commitment to support our campus mission of Building Leaders of Tomorrow.

We have a very special event next week as the TLHS/THS Pantry Raid Begins! Also in a few weeks we will be celebrating Patriot Day here at Jack. We are so excited to be able to do this event live this year and encourage you to be a part of it. Please see details below.

Next Friday, September 3rd is the THS/TLHS Football Game at Rose Stadium. During the half time show the East Texas Food Bank will announce Tyler ISD’s efforts to raise meals for the needy. Over the past 30 years, we have raised over 1.7 million pounds of food to assist our community. This year both high school principals have partnered to set a goal to “Unite to Beat Ourselves”. They are asking every TISD campus to participate by either donating can food items or sending in online donations to the ETFB. Please donate here: tylerpantryraid.com

Our Jack PTA provides resources and opportunities for learning experiences, volunteering, and just plain fun! Please consider joining by going to http://www.jointpta.org. We love our amazing PTA and the support they provide for our Patriots!

Each week our wonderful counselor Mrs. Laura Boyd will be providing ways to engage our Patriots at home through the Leader in Me. This journey has been so wonderful as a campus, and we cannot wait to continue to grow each year. We look forward to you guys growing leaders at home and making the connection to Leader in Me even stronger!
