Calling All Seniors - Common App Workshop!
There will be a Common Application workshop in the media center on Monday, September 15th. Please sign up and plan to attend during your study hall or lunch period. If you are a senior wanting to create an account to apply to colleges or want to go over how to navigate the site, you are encouraged to attend. Bring your laptop! Sign Up Here
FAFSA Completion Night
Attention seniors wanting to attend college next year!! Central Crossing High School will be hosting FAFSA Completion Night on Thursday, October 2nd from 5:00-7:00 pm. This event is for seniors and their families to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). There will be financial aid advisors on hand to help families through the process. It will take approximately a half an hour to complete. Please register as soon as possible by visiting your google cohort classroom or by visiting the CCHS website. COHORT 2027 - October 2025 PSAT Sign Up!
For students who attend CCHS for classes, please complete this form to register for the PSAT. There are a limited number of tests so sign up as soon as possible.
Important Dates:
- Deadline to sign up for the PSAT: Friday, September 26th at 3:30 PM or until the test is full.
- Required PSAT Digital Readiness Check: Monday, October 6, 2025 during 2nd period.
- PSAT Test: Tuesday, October 21st at 7:45 AM in the CCHS Main Gym. The PSAT is anticipated to last periods 1-3.

SWCS College Fair - Graduate with a Plan!
Join us for the SWCS College Fair on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in the CCHS gym. Meet with colleges, military branches, and local employers, and connect with I Know I Can staff. A financial aid information session will also be available. Students need to register for the College Fair at StriveFair.com (this is how you share information with colleges). Make sure to do so before the event.

Did you know? Your student has a College and Career advisor available through I Know I Can. Mrs. Arnold (last names A-Le) and Ms. Fletcher (last names Li-Z) are here to help all students at CCHS with college applications and planning, job searching, career assessments, FAFSA, resume building, scholarships, and more! Please encourage your student to schedule an appointment with their advisor using the link in their cohort Google Classroom.

We were thrilled to see such a fantastic turnout for auditions for The Play That Goes Wrong! So many talented students came out to showcase their skills, and we’re incredibly proud of everyone who participated.
A big thank-you to everyone who auditioned, and congratulations to the students who will be performing on stage and working hard behind the scenes.
