In the month of March we had 149 behavior referrals including 65 Majors and 84 Minors. Most of these behaviors occurred in classrooms, the playground, and the cafeteria. The most common behavior referrals were for physical contact, defiance, and inappropriate language. We will continue to work together at school to teach and model expected school behaviors.
Perfect Attendance
We are excited to announce that we had 126 students across our K-5 school community who received Perfect Attendance for the month of March!
We strongly encourage all our students to be present and on time for school each day!
Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) Grades 3-5
Students in grades 3-5 will be taking the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) this month.
All student devices and chargers will need to be in your child's classroom by Wednesday, April 16th. All student devices will remain in your child's classroom until our testing window is complete.
Students may not wear smart watches on during the test. A reminder that all cell phones should be off and in your child's backpack.
We need your help in ensuring that your child comes to school well rested and has a healthy breakfast.
Please join us in encouraging your child to do their best during testing sessions.
Please see the attachments below for our Parent letter and the Pennsylvania Electronic Device policy.

This Month in Classroom Champions is all about Healthy Living!
This month in Classroom Champions, Rosie will be talking about Healthy Living.
This month, our students will learn that a key component to social and emotional learning is the ability to make good decisions. The topic of healthy living gives kids the chance to try out decision making in areas they can control, like choosing to walk more and sit less, or choosing water over soda.
Our April Citizen of the Month will focus on someone who demonstrates Healthy Living.
