Destruction of Student Records Destruction of Student Records

The temporary file for all students from St. Charles North High School (Community Unit School District 303), class of 2021, will be destroyed during the week of March 30, 2026.

State law mandates that a student's record becomes exclusively that of the student upon his/her 18th birthday. For this reason, students who wish to pick up their file must do so in person with an ID or provide their parents with written permission and a photocopy of an ID for the file to be released.

Records may be picked up in the high school Registrar's Office beginning Monday, March 23, through Friday, March 27, 2026. Please call the high school registrar at 331-228-6279 if you have any questions about these files.

Everyone’s journey looks different—and that’s a good thing.

This month’s CCR theme invites students to reflect on how their background, culture, identity, and experiences shape who they are and where they’re headed. Meeting with your counselor is a chance to talk about what makes you you, your sense of belonging at school, and how your unique perspective fits into your academic goals, future plans, and overall well-being.

This is an opportunity to reflect on your experiences and how they connect to your goals after high school, with support from your counselor. Book an appointment with your counselor and remember, you never need a reason to stop by the CCR office!
