Nash News
Dear Families:
The fun and learning never seem to cease her at Nash. Students and staff have had a great week with our ST. Math Challenge and our Read Across America incentives. We had 101 puzzles this week ,just behind Hamilton who had 103! On behalf of the students and staff, we would like to thank all of our family members that have come in to read to our students. Your presence in our building has g generated great pride in our students, their faces light up when they see their parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles come in to read to their classmates. There is still time to come in if you would like to read to your student's class please reach out directly to their classroom teacher.
Students have earned a homework free Monday on 3/20
Keep reading and keep those St. Math puzzles going!
Great work everyone.

Parent announcements:
Parent council meeting next monthApril 12th at 6:00pm in our library
The parent council will be offering spring enrichment programs. Some programs will run before and after school. Stay tuned for more information.
Please dress the children warmly. The weather has finally become colder. We use a weather chart to direct how long the kids should stay outside for recess. Studies show that children need frequent breaks, fresh air and movement for their physical and mental wellness. We strive to have them go outside as much as possible (weather-dependant).
