Month of the Military Child
April is recognized as the Month of the Military Child, a time to honor the strength, resilience, and sacrifices of children in military families. These students often face unique challenges, including frequent moves and long separations from loved ones, all while continuing to thrive in their schools and communities.
To show our support, we “Purpled Up” on April 15th—wearing purple to represent all branches of the military and to stand in solidarity with our military-connected students. We also invite military children to stop by our table during Opportunity Period, the week of April 20th, to pick up a small treat and enter a raffle as a token of our appreciation.
We are proud to recognize and celebrate the important role military children play in our community!

Senior Trip will be here before we know it! This year’s trip to Disney World costs about $2000. In order to help lighten the load of the scheduled payments beginning next September, we are allowing you the opportunity to make pre-payments now through August 2026. Pre-payments in any amount can be made at any time via cash, check (payable to “NBC Class of 2027”), or now credit card and will go towards your trip balance.
