After 34 wonderful years in education, and 17 of those as a principal, I have made the decision to retire at the end of this school year. This has been an incredible journey, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a wonderful school community.
Serving the students, families, and staff at Gannett Peak has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. Together, we have built a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where our students can thrive. Your partnership, trust, and commitment to our school have meant the world to me, and I sincerely thank you for your unwavering support over the years.
As I step into retirement, I am pleased to announce that the current assistant principal, Megan Park, will be replacing me. She brings a wealth of teaching experience, passion, and dedication to education, and I have no doubt that she will continue to lead our school with the same commitment to excellence and care for our students. I leave knowing that Gannett Peak is in great hands! I look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of our students and staff in the years to come.
