What are Preferred Rewards?
A Preferred Reward of a free product from the Pick Me Free Gift List is earned on orders of the minimum or more and will automatically be available on their next order of the minimum or more, so long as it is placed within 2 months from the purchase date of the order that generated the reward.

Do ICs have visibility to Preferred Clients who have earned Preferred Rewards?
Yes, Independent Consultants can access My Office > My Team > Team Reports > Preferred Client Renewals & Rewards to view any existing Preferred Rewards that are available to Preferred Clients (direct to the Consultant and those in his or her downline), including the expiration date.

How are Preferred Rewards Calculated?
Reward Credits are calculated based on the SRP of all products ordered, before the Preferred Client 20% discount and before tax and shipping surcharges. Tax charges are calculated on the subtotal of the order, after the Preferred Client 20% discount has been applied. Subtotals shall be calculated in U.S. dollars. The Free Product Reward can be earned on orders shipped to the Preferred Client address, including cross-border to another country. The Free Product Reward will automatically be added to the Arbonne Preferred Clientโs shopping cart.
How will Preferred Clients know when earned Preferred Rewards are available to redeem?
As a Preferred Client shops, any existing earned Preferred Rewards will automatically be applied to an order when it reaches at the minimum, excluding autoship orders. Preferred Clients can view earned Preferred Rewards in their profile at arbonne.com > Your Account > Account Management > View Savings Wallet. They may also view available Preferred Rewards in the Shopping Bag when they start an order.
Will Preferred Clients be notified when their Preferred Reward is close to the expiration date?
Yes, an automatic personalized email will be sent two weeks prior to the end of the Preferred Rewardโs expiration date to any Preferred Client with unused rewards on their account. The email will also include an easy access link to Shop. Arbonne Independent Consultants can also track Preferred Client Rewards by logging in to My Office > My Team > Team Reports > Preferred Client Renewals & Rewards.
How much does a Preferred Client need to order to earn a Preferred Reward for use on their next order?
Earning a reward is as easy as shopping! Once a Preferred Client has the minimum order of (before their discount) and free shipping is applied, they earn a free product reward to use on their next order. For example, once a Preferred Client places the minumum worth of products in their standard cart, the system will consider the order as qualifying for a free product and will be available to redeem on a future purchase of the minimum or more (see chart below). Earned Preferred Rewards expire at the end of 2 months after issuance.

When does a Preferred Reward credit expire?
A Preferred Reward credit will expire at the end of 2 months after issuance. For example in the US : A Preferred Client placed an order of $150 SRP on June 1 and earned a free product to redeem toward their next order of at least $150 SRP. The Preferred Client will then have until August 31 to redeem their free product reward
Will a Preferred Reward be automatically applied to my Preferred Clientโs next order, even if they donโt place it online?
Can they redeem a reward at an event, group presentation or through Customer Service? A. Yes, the Preferred Client Program is very flexible! As long as the SRP of the Preferred Clientโs order is at least $150, an existing Preferred Reward will be automatically applied to their next order in Host Rewards and on orders placed by calling Customer Service. Additionally, a Preferred Client can earn a Preferred Reward at a Host Rewards event, or through Customer Service when a $150+ SRP order is placed through these options!
Who is eligible to earn a Preferred Reward?
Preferred Rewards are exclusively for Arbonne Preferred Clients, not to Retail Clients or ICs. All new and existing Preferred Clients are eligible to earn Preferred Rewards.
Are Preferred Rewards transferable?
No, Preferred Rewards are non-transferable to any other Preferred Client and can only be redeemed by the Preferred Client earning the reward.
If rewards earned in the Preferred Client Program are based off SRP, does that apply to items such as Arbonne Special Value Packs?
Yes! Any item that is offered for purchase to a Preferred Client that carries an SRP value is eligible toward the earning/redeeming of a Preferred Reward. For example, an ASVP may have an SRP of $418. Even though the ASVP price is $250.80, that pack contributes $418 toward the minimum $150 SRP needed to earn or redeem a reward. However, the SRP from free product offers is excluded, such as PC free gifts at sign-up, special offers and Host Rewards.
What happens if a Preferred Client doesnโt have at least $150 SRP in his or her order and there are existing rewards earned from a previous order?
If your Preferred Client earned a reward on a previous order and the following order placed does not reach at least a $150 SRP or more before their 20% discount, then the earned reward will not be automatically applied, nor will additional rewards be earned for future orders. However, as long as the previously earned reward has not expired, your Preferred Client can place an additional order at their convenience; and when the order reaches at least $150 SRP, a previously earned reward will be automatically applied.
What happens to any earned/existing rewards on a Preferred Clientโs account when they upgrade to an Independent Consultant?
AAs with all offerings exclusive to Preferred Clients, when a Preferred Client upgrades to an Independent Consultant, new benefits of becoming a business builder replace those benefits of being a Preferred Client. Because the Preferred Client Program is exclusive to our Preferred Clients, earned rewards will no longer be applicable to the newly upgraded Independent Consultant. If a Preferred Client has an unredeemed reward, they are encouraged to use that reward on an order prior to an upgrade.
Does a Preferred Client receive a gift for renewing their membership?
Yes, PCs who renew their membership the month of or within 30 days before their renewal is due will be able to choose a free gift from a list of best selling products โ the same list PCs choose from when first signing up. Qualification to receive the gift will be a renewal order of $250 SRP US, $300 SRP CA and different threshholds for other countries, the same as on sign up. or more, and their renewal fee will be waived. Inactive PCs who renew are also eligible for this offer.
