CPC Update

If you missed this week's Team Meeting or couldn't hear all of it if you joined virtually, please be sure to refer to the agenda for the recap and notes, as well as getting with someone who did attend. Everyone should have received a copy of the questions that will be on the Spring Staff Survey. These are simply for your reference so that you can familiarize yourself with what will be asked ahead of time. If you need a copy, there are extras on Dawn's desk. Please let me know if you have any questions about these. You will receive a link to the survey on Wednesday, March 26th. I'd like our team to be the first to complete it with 100% participation again - can we do it?!

If you have not entered information on the shared sheets for our team goals, please do so before Monday, March 24th when I need to report to Leadership. We reviewed our team's progress in the team meeting this week, but I don't think the data I shared is fully accurate.

If you're missing a bowl or glass, be sure to check the box on the counter in the breakroom. Items that sat out on the counter for an extended period of time were placed in a box recently. Anything that remains in the box after Spring Break will be donated to Goodwill.

I'm out next week for Spring Break. Both sets of grandparents are out of town and someone needs to be available to run the kids around! I hope things are smooth here in CPC and quiet enough for everyone to catch their breath and get caught up! Thank you all for covering for one another and taking care of tasks for each other, and not just passing it on for someone to tackle upon their return. Keep it up!

Current adult application is offline

3/25 - Communication to current waitlisted adults will go out this evening, communicating that they can apply on the 25-26 app if they are interested in being considered for a program next year . . . this is an "early" date to give them priority access to the application since they were waitlisted this year.

4/1 - New 25-26 application opens, re-linked to FT website and website language is updated. Additionally, those who filled out the form expressing interest in a program will receive an email that the application is re-opened.

As discussed in the recent team meeting, please email all support needs to ITS Support and copy Kyle so that a ticket can be generated. Please do not email or text Kyle directly without looping in ITS Support.

Additionally, refer to the email earlier this week regarding SPAM emails and what you should do if you receive one.
