Scott's Branch Middle High School
"Eagle Nation" 2025-26
Welcome to the "Nest"! 🦅
From the Principal's Desk
We had a wonderful week at the Branch! Students and parents please be reminded of the district cell phone and dress code policies. We greatly appreciate your continued support in helping us to create an environment at Scott's Branch Middle High School which is focused on safety, teaching and learning.
We look forward to celebrating our student's academic achievements during the second quarter on Monday, February 9th at 5:00 PM in the gym. We look forward to seeing you there to celebrate these students with us.
Parents we kindly ask that you please remind and encourage your student to fully charge their school issued laptop each night before going to bed. We also ask that you kindly remind them to bring their school-issued laptop and charger with them to school every day so that they are prepared for every class. Thank you for your continued support and assistance!
Rise up, Eagle Nation, and meet the expectation!

🌟 Teaching & Learning Highlights🌟
🟫 SCDNR Fest 🟫
Our middle school students had the opportunity to attend the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) Fest, a career-focused event designed to introduce students to natural resource and STEM-related careers.
During the event, students learned about fields such as wildlife biology, environmental science, law enforcement, GIS, and engineering. They were able to interact with professionals, participate in hands-on activities, and gain a better understanding of the important services SCDNR provides to our state.
Our students truly enjoyed the experience and are already looking forward to next year’s event!
🔴 Francis Marion University STEM Day🔴
Our Juniors, along with Manning High School, had the opportunity to participate in this year’s Francis Marion University STEM Day! Students explored each area of STEM through engaging interactive sessions, walk-in displays, hands-on college labs, and more.
They also learned about the wide range of academic programs FMU offers and gained insight into potential college admission opportunities. We are already looking forward to next year’s event and are excited to continue supporting our students as they explore these growing and in-demand career fields.

On behalf of the Scott’s Branch JV and Varsity Cheerleaders, we would like to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our parents and extended family members for participating in our “💙💛Pom Poms & Parents”💛💙 night in honor of our Senior Cheerleaders!
What an eventful and memorable night it was—full of engagement, fellowship, great food, and school spirit! Our parents and families had the opportunity to join our squad for a special Family Performance during halftime, making the evening even more meaningful.
