We had an incredible week with many celebrations! Our Volleyball and Football teams won, students attended the monthly astembly and Pep Rally and the week ended with a successful Homecoming Dance! Huge THANKS for all who supported during these events!

The 10 Week Grading period closes Friday, October 10th. Remind your students to attend tutoring and ask for help. Our teachers offer different tutoring times and are available to support our students. Additionally, we will host our Student Led Conference on October 16th from 5-7. We welcome all of you to join us! More details will be shared next week.

• Feedback - want to leave us feedback? Have a non-urgent question? Use the Parent Feedback Form on our Website. Parents and employees can choose to Opt back into receiving Outreach (general) messages by calling (855) 502-7867 from any phone number that was previously Opted-Out. You can also sign up for Parent Portal and get notifications on the Schoology

• 10/16 Student Led Conferences - We will provide more information this coming week regarding our Student Led Conference. Know that Bernstein HS will be hosting their conferences on this day and a football game will also take place. Plan ahead!
• 10/21 PSAT - Only 10th grade students will be taking the PSAT. If you are planning to schedule a field trip or host a field day, plan accordingly and submit all necessary documentation ahead of time. Please reach out if you need support.
• IABs - Mr Furioso will be reaching out to some of you to schedule a training and plan to administer the IABs for Math, ELA and ELD classes.
• Please follow the protocols for the No Cell Phone Policy. If students are using their cell phones in class, call the STEM office. One of our support staff will assist.
• Take accurate attendance in each class within the first 10 minutes. Ensure you indicate the time of arrival for those students who are tardy.
• Sign in at the STEM office first thing in the morning.
• Submit your field trip request and distribute/collect these Forms as soon as possible.
