Principal's Greeting
Dear Churchill Families,
The new school year is quickly approaching, and we hope all our Bulldog families enjoyed a fun and restful summer. At Churchill School, we’ve been hard at work cleaning every room from top to bottom, ensuring our building is fresh and ready for learning. Our dedicated teachers have spent time learning, planning, and preparing to make this year the best one yet. We can’t wait to welcome everyone to the 2025–2026 school year!🤩
Message From Principal Peacock
To Our New Bulldog Families,
I am honored to serve as the proud principal of Churchill School, and I am thrilled to lead such an amazing staff while partnering with fellow residents of Homewood. My husband of 31 years and I have proudly called Homewood home since 1998.
Our two sons attended all three schools in our community, graduating from Homewood-Flossmoor High School and later from The Ohio State University. Both carry fond memories of their time at Churchill and my goal is for every one of our students to leave here with the same lasting sense of joy and belonging.
My teaching career began right here at Churchill as a student teacher 25 years ago. Now, as I begin my second year as principal, I am committed to continuing our rich legacy of belonging and growth. From my family to yours—let’s get ready for an impactful and inspiring year ahead! 💙
