MTSD Family Survey Closes Tomorrow! MTSD Family Survey Closes Tomorrow!

Attention MTSD Families:

As we begin the 2026–2027 school year, we want to thank you for your continued support of our mission to provide a world-class education to your students.

We value hearing from our families about their experiences in the District. We are asking each family to complete the MTSD Family Survey and share your thoughts with us.

Your feedback will help us improve our schools and provide the best learning environment for your children. The survey includes questions about our schools, transportation, the district calendar, and the registration process.

Your answers are anonymous. We will remove any information that could identify you before sharing the results with District leaders.

Please complete one survey per family, even if you have children in more than one school in the District. If you have children in multiple schools, you will be able to answer questions about each school.

The survey will be open through Wednesday, October 21. You can complete the survey on a phone, tablet, or computer. For the best experience, we recommend using a computer.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your input will help us improve our schools and better serve your students.

The Gus Anderson Legacy Plaza will feature engraved pavers that are now available to purchase and customize! All purchases support the renovations, which include necessary updates to the track, bleachers, addition of visitor bathrooms, turf drainage and more.

Leave your mark on the MAC and purchase a paver in honor of an alumni, your graduating class, or yourself! Purchase a paver or make a general donation here: Sponsorships & Naming Rights Opportunities

Curious why the renovations to the MAC are needed? Or where the funding is coming from? Or what the cost breakdown is? Find answers to all these questions at: Millcreek Township School District

Health Services Update Health Services Update

Dear MTSD Families,

With the recent uptake in measles cases in Pennsylvania, we wanted to share a quick health reminder to help keep our school community informed and prepared.

Measles is a highly contagious illness that can spread quickly in schools and community settings. Maintaining up to date vaccinations is one of the best ways to help prevent the spread of measles and protect those who may be more vulnerable to serious illness.

If we were to have a confirmed measles case involving a student or staff member, the Erie County Department of Health would assist us with and provide any necessary recommendations.

If you are unsure of your MMR vaccination status, please consider checking your records or contacting your healthcare provider.

Important information for student families:

  • Students who have an approved vaccination exemption may be excluded from school in the event of a measles outbreak or exposure, based on guidance from the Erie County Department of Health.
  • Families can review their student’s school vaccination records through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  • If you have questions about your student’s vaccination status or immunization history, please contact your child’s healthcare provider.
  • If your student receives an updated vaccination, please provide the school nurse with documentation to keep school records current.

For additional information, please visit our Health Services website and review the Measles Fact Sheet for Parents. And for the Commonwealth of PA’s measles dashboard, please see - https://www.pa.gov/agencies/health/diseases-conditions/infectious-disease/measles

Thank you for helping us keep our students, staff, and school community healthy and safe.
