A Strong Start at Syracuse High

The first week of school has been a smooth and exciting start to the new year at Syracuse High. With each new school year comes growth and opportunity, and it has been inspiring to see our students step up to both. Throughout the week, we have watched students helping each other find classrooms, offering encouragement, and creating a positive and supportive atmosphere in our hallways.

A highlight of the week was our Welcome Back Assembly, where we gathered all students together in the stadium to signify our shared goal of building a unified and welcoming school community. The energy, school spirit, and sense of connection set a strong foundation for the months ahead.

We also want to recognize the incredible work of our teachers. Their preparation, creativity, and commitment to providing engaging lessons have made the transition back to school a smooth one for our students. Their efforts are a big part of why the start of the year has gone so well.

Finally, we are grateful for the many parents we have had the opportunity to meet. Your involvement and partnership make a tremendous difference, and we want to remind you that the administration and office is here to support both you and your students. Together, we look forward to making this an outstanding year at SHS.
