Crosswell Chronicle

Cub Families,
We are off to a wonderful start, and we are so excited about all that September has in store for our Cubs! Thank you for helping us begin the school year with such a positive and supportive spirit. Our students have already been learning, growing, and building relationships, and we are looking forward to all the great things ahead.
As we settle into our routines, we want to remind families that strong communication and family involvement make a big difference in student success. Please continue to check your child's teacher communication folder, the Crosswell Chronicle, and our school communication channels for important updates, upcoming events, and opportunities to be involved.
September is a busy month at Crosswell! We have several exciting activities and events planned for our students and families. We hope you will take time to participate, celebrate with us, and stay connected to our school community. Our first Family Night will be on September 2nd, and we can't wait to see all of the smiling faces as everyone enjoys everything that has been prepared. You don't want to miss it!
We also want to take a moment to thank you for your continued partnership. Whether you are encouraging your child to read at home, helping with homework, attending a school event, or simply talking with your child about their day, your support matters. Together, we can help our Cubs build confidence, develop a love of learning, and grow into strong leaders.
Thank you for trusting us with your children and for being an important part of the Crosswell family. We are looking forward to a fantastic September filled with learning, leadership, and growth! Go Cubs!
Warmest regards,
Andrew Shipman
Principal

Paint the Rock Fundraiser!🎨
We are thrilled to offer a creative and fun way to raise funds for our school! This year we are offering the opportunity for families to paint the rock at Crosswell! Families can pay to paint the rock in a way to shout out/celebrate students (i.e., birthdays).
Guidelines:
- It is the families responsibility to provide materials and paint the rock. You may hire someone to paint the rock for you but Crosswell Elementary will not paint the rock as part of the price.
- You must pay the front office by cash, check, or MySchoolBucks in order for your name to be placed on the Google Calendar to paint the rock.
