We are excited to welcome you to Prairie Campus where we'll be hosting parent/teacher conferences on Wednesday, October 18th, 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Thursday, October 19th,12:00 to 7:00 PM.
After securing a conference time with a teacher, you will receive confirmation from the Meet The Teacher scheduling system. After scheduling a conference, if for some reason you are unable to make your appointment at Prairie Campus for your face-to-face meeting, please email the teacher and they can provide you with a Zoom link.
This year we encourage parents to bring their Prairie student to actively participate in the conferences. We are genuinely enthusiastic about their participation, as we believe it plays a pivotal role in fortifying our school-community partnership.
Registration will be scheduled online via Meet the Teacher beginning
Saturday, October 7th at 9 AM and ending Sunday, October 15th at 11 PM.
For more step-by-step information regarding the registration process please click here.
On October 16th you will receive a second email with your room numbers.
Please make sure to check your spam folder to ensure you do not miss this email.
***If teachers determine that there is a need for a team conference,
they will contact the parents prior to the scheduling of conferences.***
***If your student has a teacher for multiple periods,
please only schedule one conference with that teacher.***
***Spanish translation services will be available to assist
with communication during conferences on both days.***
If you have any questions about registering for a conference with your child’s teacher(s), you may contact one of our Administrative Assistants, Chris Matsukis, via email at cmatsukis@barrington220.org.
