SLEDMERE CE PRIMARY SCHOOL

WEEK ENDING 25THJUNE 2021

END OF YEAR EVENTS

Further to previous communication about the altered landscape of Summer term I would like to draw your attention to a letter (see below) from the Local Authority.

We have held part of our Sports' Day last week, although the weather was atrocious. Children and staff were resilient and we'd like to thank them for their have-a-go attitude. We are going to attempt to complete it tomorrow.

Leavers' Events are being undertaken with our Year 6s thanks to Miss Shier, Mr Hughes and FOSS. This includes Go Ape and a special play which we will film and share.

End of year service - we are planning on holding a virtual service with Revd. Jacki. We will share a link in the next couple of weeks.

Many thanks for your continued support and understanding. As you can imagine, planning events in school is complicated at the best of times, however the continued pandemic has curtailed the ability to have family members and friends in school.
