Student Council - DAV Field of Flags
Crossroads Student Council is hoping our school can be involved in helping disabled American veterans this Veterans Day!
Our school is proud to participate in DAV Field of Flags, a nationwide program that invites schools to transform their outdoor spaces into patriotic displays of American flags in honor of Veterans Day.
Each flag represents a local veteran, creating a powerful tribute that brings communities together to recognize the service and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes while raising critical funds to support ill and injured veterans and their families.
For every $250 we earn, we receive 25 flags! Help us hit our goal of $500! Please see our weekly newsletter for the QR code or scan any of the flyers posted in the hallways! Donations accepted until November 5. Let's honor our Veterans!
The top 5 students who receive the most donations win a pizza lunch from Mrs. Moens! Make sure whoever donates adds your name in the notes on the website!
QR codes on flyers in hallways and here is the link as well: https://support.dav.org/participant/StudentCouncil-Moens
