A Week Full of Community at Holy Trinity
Live Different! Love Like Jesus!
This year, we are inviting our entire community to Live Different! Love Like Jesus! What a beautiful call for our students, our staff, and our families. We pray that in the little moments each day, we will choose to be the person who helps, includes, and loves as Jesus calls us to do.
We had an amazing first full week at Holy Trinity! As we settle into the new school year, we are so grateful for the patience and support of our families. There is such a wonderful energy throughout our school, and it has been a joy to see our students learning, growing, and becoming more connected.
A special thank you to all of our parents who attended our Open Houses this week. We loved having the opportunity to welcome you, share what your children will be learning this year, and partner with you in their education. Your presence and involvement mean so much to our teachers and, most importantly, to your children. We are truly grateful for the partnership we share with you!
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through our morning drop-off and afternoon dismissal routines. The first weeks of school always bring a little bit of learning and adjusting for everyone. Getting your most precious gifts safely into school and home at the end of the day is important to us, and we are continuing to fine tune our procedures to make both arrival and dismissal as safe, smooth, and efficient as possible. Thank you for following the procedures and giving us grace as we work together to find what works best for our growing school community. We truly appreciate it!
Our Lower School students came together for their first assembly of the year with Mr. K, where they were encouraged to think about what it means to care for one another and take responsibility for their “nest.” Through the message “Not My Mess, Still My Nest!” students were reminded that Holy Trinity is a community that belongs to all of us. Even when something is not “our mess,” we can still choose to help, care for one another, and make our nest a better place. We love this message for our youngest students because it reminds them that small acts of kindness and responsibility can make a big difference.
Our Junior High students also came together for Opening House Games. It was wonderful to see our House leaders plan and lead the day while students encouraged one another, built friendships, and embraced the spirit of belonging that makes our House system so special. We are grateful for the leadership of our eighth graders as they continue to be examples for their Houses and for our entire school community.
We are also so grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the Eucharist together as a school family. We look forward to welcoming parents to Mass when their child is participating and sharing these special moments of faith and community with you. If your student will be participating in the Friday mass, their teacher will invite you to join us. We ask that you check into the Main Office and obtain a name tag before going to the church. There is something truly special about gathering together in prayer and placing our school year in God’s hands.
Thank you for being such an important part of our Holy Trinity family. These first weeks are filled with new routines, new friendships, new challenges, and so many opportunities to grow. What a blessing it is to begin this journey together.

Live Different
In this Jubilee Year honoring St. Francis of Assisi, we are inspired by a saint who refused to settle for an ordinary life. While the world chased wealth, comfort, and status, Francis chose a different path. He lived simply. He loved radically. He served joyfully. Most importantly, he lived entirely for Jesus.
His life reminds us that holiness has always looked different.
As followers of Christ, we are not called to blend into the world. We are called to transform it. We are called to love when it is difficult, forgive when it is undeserved, serve without seeking recognition, and place Christ at the center of every decision we make.
Jesus reminds us where that journey begins:
"For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."
Matthew 6:21
Throughout this year, this Scripture will challenge each of us to ask:
What do I treasure most?
Where is my heart?
Who am I really living for?
Our prayer is that every student, family, parishioner, and faculty member will discover that following Jesus isn't simply about believing differently; it means living differently.
Like St. Francis, may we have the courage to step away from the expectations of the world and embrace the extraordinary adventure of discipleship.
This year, let us choose what lasts forever.
Let us give Christ our hearts, because when Christ becomes our greatest treasure, our hearts are transformed.
And when our hearts belong to Jesus, our lives cannot help but look different.
Live Different.
