News from Nurse Leah
Bug bite and allergy season is here with a vengeance! Please make sure to administer allergy medications at home, including eye drops, nasal sprays, or oral antihistamines. Anti-itch creams are NOT allowed to be applied to bug bites by the student or the school nurse UNLESS we have written orders from the pediatrician. Please do not send medications or anti-itch creams in with your students. The nurses office is well stocked with calamine lotion and ice for students with those pesky bug bites!
Lost and found items will be donated at the end of this week. For those who wish to come take a look, please do so by Friday!

Dear Davis Families,
Save the date, Wednesday, May 29, 6:30-7:30, for BINGO for Books! This will be a fun-filled night for Davis students. We will play Bingo together and celebrate literacy. At the end of the night, every attending Davis student will go home with a book. For planning purposes, please register for the event on this Google Form by Friday, May 3rd.
In order to accommodate as many students as possible, we ask that one adult accompany your student(s). You will receive a copy of your registration after filling out the Google Form.
You can expect that the bingo board making materials and directions will come via kid-mail at least two weeks before the event. These boards may take a long time to make with your student(s) so please plan accordingly.

Spring Concerts and Celebration of Learning
Dear Davis School Families,
Davis School musicians invite you to our Spring Concerts! We are so excited to showcase our skills in singing, movement, and playing instruments!
This year we are adding an opportunity for you to visit your child's classroom after their performance in our Spring Concerts. This will be approximately a half an hour for your child to show you some of the work they have been doing in their classroom. Once the performance is over, we will dismiss students back to the classroom and then a few minutes afterwards we will invite you to go to the classroom.
See the performance schedule below. The event will be taking place in the Davis School gymnasium.
We hope to see you there!
Sincerely,
Miss Hannah and the Davis School musicians
