MLK JR. Celebration this week
Several times a year, Madrona students meet in groups called syayəʔ. These groups are made up of students in K-8 grade. Kids stay in the same group for the entirety of their stay at Madrona. The syayəʔ provides opportunities for leadership and teaching. The group discussions and activities are led by middle school students. This month, families are invited to attend the gathering on Thursday, January 11 when the students all meet in the gym to learn about Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Questions? Please reach out to Dr. Castilleja: castillejaf648@edmonds.wednet.edu
Tech Night is Thursday, January 11 at Edmonds Woodway High School
