Hello Hunter Families,

It is crazy that we are already in the last week of January! The forecast does show mildly cooler temperatures and light snow fall. Thank you for helping your child dress for the cold and for helping them pack items for recess such as hats, gloves and boots. The fresh air and excerise at recess helps with the wiggles!

This Friday, January 29th, 2021, is a half-day of school. Please find the half-day dismissal schedule below:

Half Day Dismissal Times are below. We have half days on October 15th and 16th.

Dimissal Times (by grade level) for HALF-DAYS:

Young 5's: 11:20 am

Kindergarten and Mrs. Seckel: 11:35 am

First Grade: 11:45 am

Second Grade: 11:50 am

Third Grade: 11:55 am

Fourth Grade: 12:00 pm

Fifth Grade: 12:00 pm

Friday, January 29th, is also the end of the first semester and second marking period. Report cards will travel home with your student on February 4th! The first day of second semester and third marking period is Monday February 1st.

For second semester, we are also welcoming back some Hunter students from Lakeshore Virtual School, who will finish out the school year face-to-face with us at Hunter! We are excited to see them.

Just a quick reminder that when your student is wearing headphones during their Zoom classes, the audience can still hear their background noise. The only thing headphones change is that the class and teacher sound is sent to the headphones.
