Winter Break Approaches
As we get closer to the Winter Break and many families celebrate important holidays in their lives, we also understand what a stressful time this can be for many students and families. Franklin staff members will continue to do all we can to support ALL of our students academically and social-emotionally. Let's make this last school week of 2023 a great one!
Last school day before the break: Friday, Dec. 22
NO SCHOOL: Monday, Dec. 25 - Tuesday, Jan. 2
Students return to school: Wednesday, Jan. 3
Climb to Feed Kids - A Great Way to Support Our Community
The annual Climb to Feed Kids event at Mt. Kato will be taking place Sunday, January 21. It's an amazing community event benefiting an organization that supports over 1000 elementary students in the Greater Mankato Area. Franklin School has a team of teachers competing in this event each year, and this year is no different. If you'd like to support our team, you can donate here: Franklin Team Page
Students will have an opportunity to donate to the cause, as well. Next week will feature a special dress-up theme each day. Students who wish to donate to the Franklin Team can bring donations to their classroom teacher any of these days. Climb-to-Feed Dress Up Days
