Dear Fremont Families,

Welcome back! We hope you had a restful and enjoyable break with your families. As we settle back into our routines, we want to remind you that MAP testing will take place next week. Please help your child be set up for success by ensuring they arrive to school on time, are well rested, and have a healthy breakfast to start their day. Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting our students’ growth!

Stay warm this weekend!

Extra Clothes Extra Clothes

We kindly ask all parents to send an extra, labeled set of seasonally appropriate clothing (including shirt, pants, underwear, and socks) to be kept at school, regardless of your student's grade level. Accidents, spills, or unexpected muddy activities can happen to students of any age, and having a spare set on hand allows us to quickly and comfortably resolve the situation without having to call home and disrupt your day. If the spare set is used, please remember to send in a replacement set the next day. Thank you for your cooperation!

Wrap Up the Year Strong Wrap Up the Year Strong

The end of the calendar year can be busy, but staying present in school is the best gift we can give our students. Each day this month counts, and teachers are working hard to keep students learning and connected. Thank you for prioritizing school while also supporting our health guidelines for illness.

NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP)

Three times a year we assess our students to see where they are on their personal learning path. We look for what supports or enrichments they may need. We will be continuing our use of the NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) test for all students. This is an untimed, computer based test that individually adjusts as a student answers the questions. As they answer correctly, the questions get harder. The Winter Session will begin Monday, December 8.

Multilingual Family Night (Virtual) - December 11 Multilingual Family Night (Virtual) - December 11

Make plans to join us for our next multilingual family event—a virtual storytime—coming up next Thursday, December 11, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Join us by scanning the QR code or visiting the link in the flyers below.
