🎃 A Note From The Office 🎃

Dear Families,

As we kickstart the month of October, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the changing season and the wonderful opportunities that await our students. Fall offers the perfect backdrop for learning, and our students will be exploring the outdoors, enjoying the crisp autumn air, and participating in memorable seasonal activities.

We have a lot of exciting things planned this month, including pumpkin decorating, our trunk or treat, and more! We will keep you updated on all the details via Links to Home.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education and care. We look forward to a season filled with growth, learning, and fun!

Warmly,

Kaitlyn and Victoria

🏫Arrival and Dismissal

To participate in the morning activities without disruption, students are required to be at school by the start of their class time at 9:00 AM. Please allow time in the morning to drop off students in an unhurried manner, sign in, and to talk with the teacher, as needed.

You must sign each of your students in and out daily when arriving and departing from School at the front entrance. Additional persons authorized to pick up your student must also sign them in and out using the same system.

🍬Trunk or Treat 🍬

On October 30th, we will host our annual Trunk-or-Treat! Family members will walk their children through our parking lot to trunk or treat. No parking will be available in our lot this day. Please park across the street and not in the neighboring businesses.

🅿️ Parking: Our lot will be closed for the event. Please park across the street (please do not park at neighboring businesses).

🎃 Costumes: Bring your child’s costume in a labeled bag. Teachers will put costumes on students right over their clothes.

🍭 Candy Donations: We need your help to make this event a success! Candy donations can be brought into the classroom/front office anytime before the event.

Please make sure all candy is tree nut and peanut free!

Enrollment Reminders

Vacation Credit, Hiatus, & Withdraw Reminders

Please see below for the following reminders regarding vacation credit, hiatus, & withdrawals. Please take special note of our policies around withdraw dates & vacation credit eligibility.

🌴Vacation Credits: Vacation credits require two weeks' written notice via email in order to be utilized Credits reset on July 1st. Credits can only be utilized for a Monday-Friday absence. If a child is present for any portion of the week, regular tuition will apply. New students must be enrolled for 6 months to be eligible for a vacation credit. Students who have taken a recent hiatus will need to wait 6 months to be eligible for a vacation credit. Vacation credits do not "carry over" from year to year. You are not eligible for a vacation credit if you are within 30 days of your withdrawal date.

🟡Hiatus: We require a 30-day (4 week) written notice via email for a hiatus date and a $100 re-registration fee. A hiatus must be a minimum of three weeks long. We will require a specified return date before we can place your child on hiatus in order to maintain their spot on our roster. Families who have notified us of a hiatus date are no longer eligible for a vacation credit. Students returning from hiatus are not eligible for a vacation credit until they have been back at school for 6 months.

🔴Withdrawals: Withdrawals require a 30-day (4-week) written notice via email in order for your enrollment deposit to be applied toward your final week’s tuition. Families who are within 30 days of their withdrawal date are no longer eligible to use vacation credit. If a family withdraws without providing the required 4-week notice, tuition remains due for that period.
