Washington County Public Schools (WCPS) is excited to invite members of the Fountain Rock and Hickory elementary school communities to participate in a special meeting with representatives from WCPS and Moseley Architects to preview the schematic design of our community's new elementary school. This exclusive meeting is being held on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the WCPS Center for Education Services. The school, which is being referred to as Downsville Pike Elementary School until it is named in accordance with WCPS Policy FF, is scheduled to open in August 2027.
Meeting guests will be able to review the schematic design for the school and provide feedback. The feedback received will be helpful as the final design for the school is developed.
