🚨 A Word from Officer Borja 🚨
ARRIVAL/DISMISSAL
Back car loop will be closed the morning of Field Day due to set up, so all car riders will use the front car loop for morning drop off. Please plan ahead to leave a little earlier for school or walking/biking/carting is also encouraged that day to limit cars in the front loop. AFTERNOON DISMISSAL WILL STAY THE SAME AS USUAL WITH BOTH FRONT AND BACK CAR LOOPS OPEN.
PARKING
Parking will be more crowded than usual for the event, so again please consider walking/biking/carting. Parking on school grounds the day of field day will be reserved for teachers due to the side and back lots being closed for the event.
Volunteer Information
Field day is a very large event that takes a lot of help from volunteers. We will need at least three parent volunteers per station. Grades K-2 will be having their Field Day from 8:10-11:00 and Grades 3-5 will be having their Field Day from 11:30-2:15. Once every spot has been filled, we will send emails to those parents with additional information. Please remember you must have a completed background check on file by April 25th. This must be completed each school year. Please see below for the background check link and additional information. Thank you in advance for your support!

Visitor Information
Please visit the following link for a Visitor Fast Pass. The link for VISITOR Fast Passes will open on April 5th and the link will close on April 25th.
If you have completed a Fast Pass form by April 25th, you will not need to check in with the front office. You may proceed directly to the Fast Pass station which will be located under the outdoor front entry awning and will be divided by last name alphabetically.
Student Check Out
- Students will be checked out directly from their teacher on Field Day.
- Please sign your student out with their teacher and get a wrist band upon ARRIVAL for Field Day to make the checkout/exit process run smoothly at the end of your child's Field Day time.
- If you plan on checking your child out, please be sure to only send them with what they need for the day as we cannot allow people in and out of the building throughout the day due to security protocol.
Field Day T-Shirt Order
We would love for our students to order a 2025 Field Day shirt! The price of the shirt is $20. This is a fundraiser for the PE Department that helps us raise money for next year. We use this money for PE equipment that benefits every student in the school and for supplies and equipment needed for Field Day. All shirt orders are due no later than Friday, April 18th. No orders will be allowed after April 18th. These shirts are optional but we would love to see all our students matching! If you would like to purchase a shirt, please use the following link below:
🎉 Field Day Spirit with Temporary Hair Color 🎉
We will be offering temporary hair color to get in the spirit of Field Day while raising a little bit of money for additional PE equipment for our growing student population. Students can bring $2 per hair color and can choose up to 3 colors. If you choose to allow your student to participate, please put money in a sandwich bag with their first name and last name, teacher's name, and amount included. We ask students to bring cash (but please no coins). We can't wait to see everyone's spirit!
1 Color = $2
2 Colors = $4
3 Colors = $6
Student Lunches on Field Day
Students will be eating in their classrooms on Field Day. They can bring a lunch from home or order a sack lunch from the cafeteria. If they are bringing their own lunch, please put it in a disposable lunch bag or sack if you plan on checking out your child (as a reminder, due to security protocol we cannot allow people in and out of the building throughout the day to retrieve lunchboxes, etc).
Please complete the form below if your student will need a lunch from the cafeteria. The deadline for school lunch forms for Field Day is Friday, April 18th. No school lunch forms will be accepted after the deadline.
Food Trucks
Ricardo's Taqueria
We will have a food truck on site. Parents, teachers, and volunteers can order from the food truck. We are hoping this makes lunch easier while also supporting a local business. Here is the menu if you would like to see what they offer.
