Mrs. Allison Sims

Allison is the DES social worker. "She has always given her best to us teachers and students. She puts the kids first and is always thinking about how to best meet students needs. She has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure kids are fed, clothed, clean, and have their basic needs met so us teachers can teach kids that are ready to learn. She is implementing a lot of wonderful things here at DES not only for the kids, but for the teachers as well. She definitely deserves recognition, even though she doesn't want any. 😊" ~ Anonymous Peer
