8TH GRADE PARENTS

The big day is finally approaching! I am so very proud of all of our students. Information for the upcoming Dinner Dance, Great America Trip and Graduation Ceremony are below. DOORS OPEN AT 5:30 AND CLOSE AT 6:00 PM

STUDENTS WILL ENTER THROUGH DOOR 12

*STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN AFTER 6:00 PM.*

STUDENTS CAN NOT LEAVE THE DANCE BEFORE 9:00 PM.

STUDENTS LEAVE HMS AT 8:30 AM

STUDENTS LEAVE GREAT AMERICA AT 6:00 PM

STUDENTS WILL RETURN TO SCHOOL AT 7:30 PM

HERITAGE MIDDLE SCHOOL GRADUATION CEREMONY

Students will be given their cap & gown and tickets & diplomas on May 21, 2026.

A few more details:

• Doors will open at 6:00pm
• Every guest must have a ticket.
• Graduates should arrive no later than 6:30 p.m.
• The doors will close at 7:00 p.m. and will remain closed until all graduates are seated.
• Once our guests enter the facility, we ask that they do not leave until the ceremony is over.
• Please do not approach the student graduates while they are seated.
• Please do not block the center aisles.
• If you are bringing large floral/balloon arrangements, please either sit in the back or leave them in your car.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING AIR HORNS/NOISE MAKERS INTO THE FACILITY. WE WANT TO BE SENSITIVE TO OUR STUDENTS AND GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.
