Having issues getting into Family Access or viewing the forms?

IMPORTANT!

Once the forms have approved, you will receive an email notification from Nutrition Services and the student or parent/guardian will need to visit Mrs. Lawrence in the CHS Business Office in person to the get the ASB fee waived and receive the sticker to go on their student ID card.

Are you getting the message "An online food service application cannot be submitted for the 26-27 school year when at least one customer in the family has an active Direct Certification"?

That means you do NOT need to complete a Food Service Application BUT you do still need to complete the Consent to Share Form in order to qualify.

-If you answer "no" on the Consent to Share Form, you will not qualify for these benefits-

The 2027 Graduation Ceremony date and time are still TBD. We will be sending that information out through Parent Square within the next week or two, so please make sure you are checking your messages regularly.

Seniors! Parent Square is where we will be sending ALL information home, which is connected to your student email account. PLEASE check your email every week so you do not miss anything important coming up.

Josten's will be presenting to the Senior Class during Advisory on Friday, September 25th in the Auditorium to go over orders and timelines for cap/gowns, announcements, and everything else graduation-related. If you are a Running Start student who does not have Advisory, please try and come during that time (9:36-10:06am).

Josten's will be back on October 1st to start taking orders - cap/gowns, announcements, letterman jackets, class rings, class belt buckles, etc.
