Annual Stuff the Bus Supply Drive
Sponsored by the Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce
The Stuff the Bus annual school supply and fundraising drive, supporting BCSD and Polaris Career Center, will take place on August 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. BCSD buses will be parked at the Marc's stores in Berea, Brook Park, and Middleburg Heights.

If you are not available to drop off supplies on the day of the event, we encourage you to drop off school supplies at locations throughout the district. A complete list of all drop-off locations is available on the Middleburg Heights Chamber of Commerce website.

The 2024 sales tax holiday will take place from 12 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, until 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8. Also, more purchases are eligible. Stuff the Bus Supply Pick Up
Families, please take note of this information about important changes to supply pick up.
Supply pick up will be on Saturday, August 10th at Big Creek Elementary School cafeteria from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Families registering to receive supplies must be part of the Berea City School District. Registered BCSD students will have the opportunity to "shop" for school supplies with no cost to families.
