A Message From Mrs. Lucas, BHS Principal
Good Afternoon, Bobcat Families!
We’ve officially wrapped up the first quarter of the school year—congratulations on making it through Q1! As we move forward, we encourage you to regularly review your child’s academic progress and connect with teachers if you have any questions or concerns.
As shared in last week’s message, please note that PWCS will no longer be adjusting quarter grades to a minimum of 50% for students whose grades fall below that threshold.
For those attending tonight’s football game, please be aware that the Concessions Stand will be closed. However, we’re excited to welcome an ice cream truck that will be offering water and soda for purchase. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
Looking ahead, schools will be closed for students on Monday, November 3 and Tuesday, November 4 for teacher workdays. On Monday, we will host our Touchbase event from 7:30–9:30 AM, providing families a valuable opportunity to meet briefly (3–5 minutes) with their child’s teachers.
Thank you for your continued support, and we wish you a safe and enjoyable weekend!
Warm regards,
Enjoy the weekend!
Principal Lucas
