Quest is a Bright Spot School

Quest was just highlighted as one of 5 schools in each state that exceeded predictions for 3rd grade reading proficiency based on poverty rates. The data is from the 2023-24 school year, but the research was just released. Congrats!

Top 5 Schools in Each State Beating the Odds in 3rd Grade Reading

Aldeman: At these 255 schools, literacy rates are far higher than their poverty levels would suggest. Is your school a Bright Spot?

Reminders Reminders

A message from the Dean... A message from the Dean...

Hello parents,

This is a friendly reminder that we will be visiting all classrooms to discuss with students the use of derogatory words. We are addressing this topic directly with students through age-appropriate conversations focused on empathy, accountability, and the impact of language. We also ask for your partnership at home. Please take time to talk with your child about respectful communication, appropriate boundaries, and the importance of speaking up if they witness language that is hurtful or inappropriate.

Thank you for your continued support in reinforcing our shared values of respect, dignity, and responsibility. Together, we can help our students grow into thoughtful and compassionate members of our community.

We have not seen the last influenza of the season. Flu A continues and Flu B cases are rising.

Nationally (as of January 13th) there have been more than 11 million cases of influenza with more than 120,000 hospitalizations and 5000 deaths. At least 9 children have died.

In Colorado there have been more than 3230 hospitalizations.

It is not too late to get a flu vaccination.

Please consider sending a lip moisturizer with your child every day. They can keep it in their pocket or backpack.

Let me know how I can help.
