Ralph Talbot Elementary School
WELCOME BACK

Ralph Talbot Elementary School
October 19, 2025
Good Evening,
Our classrooms continue to be full of energy, curiosity, and great learning. Students are diving into new challenges each day, asking thoughtful questions, collaborating with their classmates, and showing pride in their work. It’s inspiring to see their excitement as they grow academically and socially.
I want to take a moment to recognize our dedicated staff. Every teacher, specialist, ESP, service provider, EVERY STAFF MEMBER continually works to create a welcoming environment where we want every child to feel seen and supported. Their commitment to helping all students thrive truly makes our Talbot special.
Thank you, families, for your continued support and for being such an important part of our school.
Together, we make Talbot a great place to learn and grow!

Introducing Weymouth Public School's New Resource Officer....Eddie Williams
It’s an honor to start working with the Weymouth Public School system as a School Resource
Officer. I welcome the challenge of working alongside the school administrators, staff, parents
and most importantly the students who will eventually become our successors.
I bring 29 years of service as a Police Officer to the School Resource Officer Unit and will use
this knowledge to foster a positive working relationship with the school community. As well as
apply community-oriented policing practices in an effort to become more effective in promoting
and strengthening school safety.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, day trips and exploring a wide
variety of multicultural foods. I also find it very relaxing to watch a good movie at the theatre or
take a short trip with fellow motorcycle enthusiasts while exploring different sites throughout
Massachusetts.
Although I’m still an active member of the Interscholastic Association of Football Officials. I’m
not on the field these days. However, I love the game of football at all levels and on the
weekends, you can usually find me at a game somewhere.
