Hey, Eagle Families!

This week we completed our STAAR Social Studies and Science tests, and I'm very proud of our students' focus and preparation throughout the testing period. Yet again, Ms. Paige Taylor, our Testing Coordinator, and our excellent counseling team were exceptional in their organization and support in creating a successful testing week. We aren't done yet! Our Math STAAR and Algebra EOC tests are scheduled for Wednesday, April 23rd. One more to go!

Testing aside, our Reynolds Eagles continue to excel in numerous activities. The track team earned several medals at the district championships, displaying remarkable athleticism and determination. At the Junior VASE competition, eight of our student artists received superior ratings for their creative works. Additionally, our UIL academic team achieved second place overall at regionals, with particularly strong performances in Number Sense, Calculator Applications, and Ready Writing. These accomplishments highlight the diverse talents within our student body.

Just a reminder that our campus and all PISD schools will be closed on Friday, April 18th and Monday, April 21st for the holiday weekend. We hope you all enjoy this extended break, time together as a family, and return refreshed on Tuesday, April 22nd.

Lastly, take a look our latest construction update video included below. Progress on the new fine arts wing and practice gym are proceeding according to schedule and so much progress has been made in such a short time.
