ELA + AIMSweb Dashboard
2026–27 | Reading • Math • Student Growth
Welcome to the 2026–27 ELA + AIMSweb Dashboard. This resource brings together reading information and AIMSweb Reading and Math data to support instruction and help staff review student growth.
The dashboard is divided into three workbooks: K–3, 4–6, and 7–8. Open the workbook for the students you support. Access is assigned by staff responsibilities, so you may not be able to open all three.
Before you begin, check Important Dates for dashboard data entry deadlines, AIMSweb Reading and Math testing windows, eSchool marking period reporting dates, early releases, and data days.

1. Open Your Dashboard
Start on the Table of Contents tab when your workbook opens. Each workbook has its own Table of Contents to help you find the sections and resources available to you.
Need access to a workbook for your assigned responsibilities? Use the Dashboard Access Request in the support section below.
AIMSWEB DATA LAST REFRESHED
K-3: 10/2/26 10PM | 4-6: 9/29/26 8PM | 7-8: 9/29/26 8PM
AIMSweb Windows & K–6 Dashboard Deadlines
Teachers complete assessments in AIMSweb; they do not reenter AIMSweb results in the dashboard. Patrick Holesko imports those results after each testing window closes, typically within one week. Complete any other required dashboard entries by the dates in the third column.
The three dashboard deadlines—October 30, February 5, and June 11—are K–6 half-day data days. May 7 is also a K–6 half-day Data/PD Day, but it is not listed as a dashboard deadline.
For eSchool reporting, report cards, conferences, and other dates, open the full Key Dates & Reporting Guide.
2. Important Dashboard Reminders
✅ Work online. Open your workbook through this Smore or ClassLink. Do not edit it in the desktop Excel application.
✅ Start with the Table of Contents. Use the TOC, Smore, and Homeroom Form shortcuts on each workbook tab to navigate.
✅ Edit only your assigned students. Make changes only for students in your classroom or caseload.
✅ Restore filters when finished. Historical tabs can be filtered by advisor or teacher to review current students’ prior year results. Clear your filter before leaving the tab.
✅ Allow time for AIMSweb imports. Reading and Math results do not sync nightly. Dashboard updates are typically completed within one week after a testing window closes.
✅ Close the workbook fully when you finish.
3. Homeroom Adjustment Form
Student missing, added, or moved out of your homeroom? Click on the Homeroom Adjustment Form icon. You can also open it from the Global Navigation Bar on any workbook tab.
Please submit a Homeroom Adjustment Form request when:
A new student joins your homeroom.
A student moves out of your homeroom.
A student transfers or appears on the wrong dashboard roster.
You may include up to three student additions or removals in one submission. If you have more than three changes, submit another form.
4. Dashboard Help and Training
Unable to open a workbook you need? Submit a dashboard access request. Specify whether you need the K–3, 4–6, or 7–8 workbook and whether you need view or edit access.
