Important Visitor Update!
Photo ID Required for Entry - NEW PROCEDURES THIS YEAR!
This school year we will be strictly enforcing the district policy of requiring photo ID for entry into the building during school hours. In the past we have buzzed in familiar faces, but we will no longer be able to do that. If you do not have a photo ID with you, you will not be able to enter the school building, no exceptions. We will have a sign outside the door directing you where to show your ID. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, and its purpose of providing consistency and a safe environment for our students and staff.
Leaving Early?
Will you be signing your student out early? The office greatly appreciates a call ahead! This gives us a little extra time to locate students if they are out to recess, at lunch, or in specials.
Please remember that you must present photo ID to sign out your student. When you arrive, please ring the bell by the front entrance, show your ID to the camera, and our office staff will assist you!

Best Ways To Report Attendance
If your student will be absent or late, please use the parent portal to submit their absence, or call the attendance line at 970-613-7590. This is an automated line that can be used 24 hours a day.

Nutritional Services
Breakfast and lunch are free to all students through the Healthy School Meals for All program. Because the Healthy School Meals for All (HSMA) program is funded in partnership with federal nutrition programs that rely on income information to support meals for all students, all families are still highly encouraged to fill out a Meal Benefit application. Other state and federal grants are awarded based on free and reduced meal eligibility rates.
Additionally, families that qualify may receive discounted or waived fees for programs inside and outside of the school district. Applications are available to all households at school sites and online at linqconnect.com. Applications need to be completed annually (after mid-July) for the new school year. The information provided on the application is confidential and is not shared without your consent. Paper forms are available in the school office.
