We have been teaching all Thornton Elementary students during morning announcements about the Zones of Regulation. They have been learning about feelings in the blue, green, yellow, and red zone. We are learning that having feelings is okay, but it’s what we do with our feelings that matter. Ask your student at home about their emotions by asking, “what zone are you in right now?”
