Daniel Feeney Preschool Update

We packed a lot in to a shortened week as we head into our last full week of the 2023-2024 school year. Themes revolve around summer, bugs, camping, water, beach and other seasonal activities. We ended the week with a successful Big Truck Day. Your children were able to climb on and "drive" the town Water Truck, a skid steer, bulldozer, dump truck, backhoe loader, and other vehicles. A big thank you to the Town of Walpole for donating their vehicles and their time to make a memorable experience for our students.

Next week is the final full week of school, which is hard to believe. We have fun events planned and look forward to sharing our final days of the year together. A reminder that the last day of school for DFP is WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12. For some of you, this means your last day is Tuesday (schedule dependent).

There will be water events as part of our field day. Please be sure your child is wearing a bathing suit, has a towel and a change of clothes, and waterproof shoes (and a change of shoes). Sunscreen and a refillable water bottle are both MUST HAVES!

Friday 6/7 - DFP/Elm Street School Field Day! wear your Walpole orange and blue (wear bathing suit under clothes for field day as there are some outdoor water events).

You will receive notification of your child's teacher in August 2024, along with information about the first days of school.

In June , we will host two family meet ups for all rising Kindergarten students and families. This will take place on our playground from 4:30-6:00 and popsicles will be provided! This is an opportunity for students and families to meet up and see who will be attending their elementary school!

Report cards and progress reports will be accessible on Aspen on the last day of school, June 12.
