Keith Sheep/Goat Weigh Ins 2026

Keith County 4-H will have our Market Sheep and Goat weigh ins on Thursday, May 7th from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Fairgrounds. Market Sheep and Goat weigh ins are not required for Keith 4-H'ers. However, it is required to attend to be eligible for different contests such as Rate of Gain. Remember 4-H families- Market Sheep & Goats are required to have scrapies tags. The Office does not carry any of these tags. Youth are required to have these tags in at weigh-ins.

If you plan to compete in the Nebraska State Fair, please let the office know since there are specific requirements for showing such as DNA envelopes.

***Note - If you would like to check your small animals weight throughout the summer, the office will be coordinating the check out process this year.

Due to scheduling conflicts; the Keith 4-H Beef Progress Show has been cancelled this year.
