Raider Entrepreneurship students participated in the 1st round of Entrepreneurship competitions on 11/11/25! The top teams selected will compete in an area wide competition on 11/18/25. Great job, Ms. Nickels and all your students!

The Raider band, dancers, and cheerleaders performed at the Veteran's Day parade, as the school heard from guest speakers and conducted a moment of silence. The Raider family is grateful for all those who served to protect and keep our country safe especially our very own, Mr. Pope.

AVID seniors attended the annual AVID workshop at the Austin Public Library. They were able to take away tools and strategies that they will be able to use for college and beyond.

Lady Brady and her reading group enjoy some suspense in this month's book club pick.

It is obvious which hallway you are in when you see all the amazing creative posters and anchors of support. We love seeing history come to life in the halls.

The Algebra class students worked on calculations using money, had small group instruction to help support student learning, and measured their benchmark growth using data charts. Amazing job to our math teachers!

Last Saturday, the Soul Raider Band traveled to DeSoto, TX to compete in the NSBA - National Show Band Association Supreme Battle of the Bands.

The Band was awarded 1st Place in the Medium Band Division and 2nd place overall band out of 14 Bands! Congratulations to our amazing band and band directors!

The Blue Jester's presented their fall show, Luchadora, this past weekend with rave reviews. from the set to the performances, the audience was in awe. The last show is Saturday at 7:00. You don't want to miss it!

Six Raider students participated in All City this year and two of them were first and second chair. We are so proud of our masterful musicians. This is Bach's Flute Sonata "Siciliana". Please enjoy their performance.

But Mr. Heilbron's classes can! They received a professional movie make-up course that made these cuts, scrapes, and bruises look all too real.

...for our tennis team who have been practicing early in the mornings to get ready for this year's matches. We have already had superstar, Ignacio "Nacho", win his bracket in the Georgetown Invitational. Great job!

The boys and girls' basketball teams will be playing at a court near you. Literally, there will be plenty of Friday night games coming up so you can witness the talent of our amazing athletes. We hope you can make it to cheer them on to victory.
