Dear Hermosa School Families and Community,
I hope you are all having a wonderful and relaxing summer break, enjoying the warm weather and making special memories with family and friends!
As we prepare for another fantastic year ahead, I wanted to share a few important updates and upcoming dates with our Hornet families:
July Office Hours: Please note that the Hermosa School office is closed for the month of July. We will officially reopen to assist you beginning Monday, August 3rd.
Contact Information: Although the office is closed, we are still accessible via email. If you have any urgent questions or need assistance during July, please feel free to reach out to me (Principal Paris) at Forrest.Paris@k12.sd.us or to Mrs. Conley at Jennifer.Conley@k12.sd.us.
Hermosa School Open House: Mark your calendars! We can’t wait to welcome you back for our Open House on Wednesday, August 19th, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This will be a great opportunity to see the school, meet teachers, and catch up with fellow Hornets.
First Day of School: The official first day of school for the new academic year will be Tuesday, August 25th.
Thank you for your continued support of our school and students. Keep enjoying your summer break, and we look forward to seeing everyone back in August!
