It is a very exciting time of year! I have two very important school updates to share with you!

The Color Run is Almost Here: We are gearing up for the absolute highlight of the school year—the Color Run! This is the most anticipated event of the year, and it is truly the day our students talk about all year long. This incredible experience would not be possible without the hard work of our amazing PTO and the fundraising associated with it. Please help us spread the word to family and friends so we can make this year's run the best one yet! be sure to check out the PTO section below for additional details.

Upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences: Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for September 30th and October 1st, with 20-minute time slots available during both morning and evening hours. Keep an eye out for a sign-up link coming today via ParentSquare to reserve your time.

If your child has not had a picture taken already, it will be taken then. Ordering information will be given out at the time of pictures.

If a picture was already taken, but a retake is needed, please let your teacher know so your child can be sent for pictures. Please return the original picture package to the photographer at the time of pictures. The same package will be ordered with the new image. New packages will not be received unless the original package is returned.

Please watch for a sign-up link arriving via ParentSquare TODAY from your child’s classroom teacher. Conferences are 20 minutes long and are available in both the morning and evening on Wednesday, September 30th and Thursday, October 1st. All conferences are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

For split or multi-home families, please sign up for only one time slot for your child. Separate conference day/time requests for parents are unable to be honored.

If you would like to request a conference with a specials teacher, please reach out to them directly!

Ski and Snowboard Club provides students with the opportunity to purchase lift tickets and rentals at significantly discounted rates at Alpine Valley Monday–Friday, as well as on Sundays after 3:00 PM.

Students enroll in the discount program by purchasing a $32 Club Card. The Club Card includes:

• One free lesson on scheduled Ski and Snowboard Club dates

• Access to discounted lift tickets and rentals

• The ability for friends and family to take advantage of special club pricing on designated dates
